This PLCC progamming adapter is used mainly for PALs, Philips 87C752 microcontroller, some memories, etc. The Yamaichi clam-shell test and burn-in socket used in this programming adapter, rated at 10,000 insertions, is suitable for plastic as well as all types of ceramic packages, leadless or J-lead, i.e. for OTP, flash or windowed parts.
